Sharjah24: The Department of Public Works in Sharjah issued 4 paper publications, in addition to its annual book, last year, with the aim of promoting its projects and informing the public of the most important projects it implements, in addition to developing performance and raising the level of efficiency of workers.
The publications are considered one of the important tools, among the items of the strategic plan launched by the department, and help the various departments to perform their work
Maryam Al Mazmi, Director of the Institutional Contact Center in the department, explained that our first printed issues for 2019 were the first and second counters of Imran magazine, which is a quarterly magazine containing several chapters, including a section for department news, issue file and various other topics.
The magazine supports the department in publishing its goals and introducing the various projects and services to readers, customers and the community, and a platform for communication with them. This quarterly magazine focuses on many local community issues related to the urban aspect.
It also dealt with many topics, most notably the faces of the works, the issue file, the Sultan's library, the memory of Sharjah, a challenge in a project, an opinion poll on a project, in addition to many different chapters and entertainment pages.
