Sharjah 24: Abdullah Ahmed Al Naqbi, Head of Operations Department at the Sharjah Contact Centre of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, stressed the importance of the Sharjah Forum for Contact Centres in exchanging experiences and getting acquainted with the latest scientific and technical developments in the management of call centres.
The Forum was launched under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, at the Oceanic Khorfakkan Hotel, under the slogan “Digital Solutions…International Experiences”.

The opening ceremony saw the presence of Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of Khorfakkan Municipal Council; Tariq Saeed Alai, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau; Alia Bu Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau; and a crowd of officials and representatives of public and private sector departments and institutions.

Abdullah Ahmed Al Naqbi, Head of Operations Department at the Sharjah Contact Centre, said that the forum established its position as a unique platform for reviewing experiences and exchanging ideas and knowledge about the world of contact centre management.

He pointed out that the Forum covered many dialogue sessions and interactive workshops for a group of experts and specialists in this field from the government and private sectors at both local and international levels.

Al Naqbi stressed that the Sharjah Contact Centre, as a unified and approved contact centre for the Sharjah government various departments, is keen, through the Forum, to learn about the latest in science and technology, to constantly improve its role and develop its work outputs to meet the aspirations of customers.
