The lecture, presented by the journalist Fahd Haykal, discussed the positive impact of changing the work system and enhancing employees productivity, achieving family stability and increasing creativity and innovation at work.
During the lecture, His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi praised the new work system decision in the Emirate of Sharjah, which has been in force since the first day of 2022.
His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi extended thanks, appreciation and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler Sharjah, and noted the new system positive effects in enhancing the social aspect of employees, developing performance and raising innovation and creativity at work.
His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi stressed that this system establishes a new and important stage for the government work in the Emirate of Sharjah, characterised by the optimal use of material and human resources; the exertion of more effort; enhancement of the innovation and creativity system; implementing administrative tasks; speeding the completion of transactions and achieving happiness for the public; in addition to strengthening communication with government authorities and implementing an electronic link between departments to speed up the completion of transactions and provide competitive services to the public.
Fahd Haikal spoke about the importance of positive thinking among employees, as it is one of the main objectives of the work of government departments in the Emirate of Sharjah, which enhances happiness within the work environment and relations between employees, works to develop the work system and raises performance to the highest levels.
Fahd Haikal pointed to the importance of the new work system, which came by a supreme decision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and aims to enhance the quality of life.
