Sharjah 24: Colonel Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud, Deputy Director of the General Department of Central Operations at the Sharjah Police, stressed the importance of exchanging and transferring knowledge from leaders to new generations of the police personnel, providing practical and field experiences due to their importance in achieving and sustaining institutional excellence, and serving the visions and goals of the Ministry of Interior.
Colonel Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud gave a speech in the “Share my knowledge” meeting, entitled “One of the Success Factors”, held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Police Academy, with the participation of 85 officers, non-commissioned officers, and employees of all Sharjah Police departments.

He believes that there is a number of factors that contribute to achieving success, the most prominent of which sincerity in work, keeping pace with change and managing the different career pressures, communicating with others. 

Colonel Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud reviewed some of the governmental trends in the United Arab Emirates within the international best practices in the field of strategic planning, including the UAE strategy for artificial intelligence and the UAE strategy shaping the future.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Colonel Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud urged to pay attention to the various aspects of foreseeing the future that are consistent with the proactive strategy of the United Arab Emirates aimed at anticipating and analysing opportunities and challenges in all vital sectors. Colonel Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud concluded that it is important to set long-term proactive plans, at all levels, to achieve qualitative achievements that serve the interests of the UAE.
