Al Sarkal stresses importance of sharing knowledge with new gens

This came during “Share my knowledge”,  forum which was held at Sharjah Police Science Academy.

Al Sarkal briefed about his early career as an officer in forensic laboratory, and his progression to his current position as Director General of Police Operations, noting that hard work and knowledge are gateways to success.

He added that one of the duties of a successful ranking officer is to motivate the employees in achieving their goals. Transferring the experiences makes a difference in the employee’s career. The employee’s success is the institution’s success.
