Sharjah24: The Family Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), with its first visit during the third session of the tenth legislative term of the Council, was briefed on the efforts of the Family Court and its diligent follow-up of cases and its keenness on reform and family cohesion in what is presented to it.
The Committee received Judge Saeed Abdullah Masoud Al Kalbani, President of the Court, Alia Ibrahim Ahmed Burengin, Director of Judicial Services, Balqis Al Hammadi, Director of the Personal Status Case, and Noura Al Mulla, Deputy Head of the Execution Department.
The committee was acquainted with the procedures for the functioning of the family court and what it undertakes by taking the hands of the two parties to reach a binding family agreement and to end their differences by consensual agreement with the statement of family rights and duties and the various services that follow in family guidance.
The court provided the committee with an integrated explanation of all the efforts made by specialists in all departments to resolve all family disputes in all its forms and forms, and to resolve family-related issues such as disputes and seeing the children in custody.
The court reviewed its roles in light of the family and marital litigation procedures it handles in a comfortable, safe and encouraging environment to express opinion with confidence and discuss rights and duties in a way that contributes to resolving and settling disputes.
