Sharjah24: Dr. Misbah Ibrahim Jaafar, Secretary-General of the West Asia Paralympic Federation, announced the winning of the Emirate of Sharjah to host the Fourth West Asian Games under the sponsorship and organisation of Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped.
Commenting on this, Dr. Misbah Ibrahim Jaafar said that the Federation organised the celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2020-2021, according to the slogan launched by the United Nations Organisation to empower people with disabilities in all areas of society, after the repercussions of the Corona pandemic.
The Secretary-General of the Federation added has expressed pleasure to announce that Sharjah has won the organisation and hosting of the Fourth West Asian Games under the auspices and organisation of Al Thiqah Club for Handicapped.
At the conclusion of his speech, Dr. Misbah Ibrahim Jaafar expressed his thanks, appreciation and gratitude to all parties and strategic partners that support persons with disabilities and the West Asian Federation.
