Sharjah24: The General Secretariat of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) revealed the launch of a new interactive service that enables the public to communicate directly with the Council through mobile phones via the (WhatsApp) service.
The Council has allocated its new service on the phone number 0509900222 to receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries during the official working hours, contributing in enabling the General Secretariat of the Council to enhance its communication with all the society’s segments, in line with its strategic goals.
Commenting on this, Muhammad Abdul Jalil Bukhalaf, Director of Communications at the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, confirmed that the General Secretariat of the Council, with the follow-up of His Excellency Ahmed Saeed Al Jarwan, Secretary-General, and His Excellency Ali Mihad Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Council, to launch a new service via (WhatsApp) and the application of the Consultative Council through a phone number 0509900222.
Bukhalaf explained that the Council, in the context of adopting the best policies was keen to offer this service after extensive study and preparation, enabling rapid communication and interaction with the public.
