Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi makes a field visit to SANED Company

Sharjah 24: Sheikh Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director of the Prevention and Safety Authority, praised the efforts made by SANED Facilities Management in providing the highest levels of protection and safety from fire hazards in Sharjah, according to the highest technical and international standards and by strengthening strategic partnerships with Sharjah Civil Defense and Sharjah Finance Department.
This happened during a field visit by Sheikh Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, to the SANED Facilities Management, to inspect the “Aman” project and review its strategic and technical development plans, the control and communication center teams, and the technical and maintenance team. He was received by Engineer Sultan Al Ketbi, CEO of SANED Facilities Management.

The “Aman” system is considered as the approved system in the Emirate of Sharjah in accordance with Executive Council Resolution No. 20 of 2019 which requires industrial and commercial establishments and residential buildings to install the system to protect community members from fire hazards around the clock.

Engineer Sultan Al Ketbi, CEO of SANED Facilities Management Company, said, “We were pleased with the field visit and inspection of Sheikh Saif bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority, to the company, and his unparalleled support, within the framework of the authority’s commitment to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in promoting the highest levels of security and safety”.

He pointed out that this inspection visit included getting acquainted with the work and development plans at the Control and Communication Center, reviewing the strategic plans with regard to technical development, installation aspects, equipment care and field survey, and reviewing the readiness of the installation and maintenance work teams, in addition to the technical and laboratory development plan with the aim of getting acquainted with the latest firefighting practices.

Al Ketbi indicated that the "Aman" early warning system provides the highest levels of protection and safety in Sharjah. Aman connects the fire systems in the facilities to the operations room of the General Directorate of Civil Defense and the SANED operations room to reduce response time to deal with fires, and plays a large and vital role in protecting lives and properties from fire hazards, and it has become an urgent necessity for all, in order to enhance the highest levels of security and safety.
