Hamed Al Qaed, Director of the Rental Regulation Department, confirmed that the rental map is an interactive platform available on the municipality’s website, allowing customers to obtain the information they need to take the appropriate decision during the search for a property for rent, whether in terms of geographical location, the average rental value of the property, or according to the description of the leased property.
He noted that the municipality relied on the current system of the rental contracts system used in the Rental Regulation Department to launch the platform. The municipality was provided with the areas available according to the Sharjah Department Of Town Planning and Survey, indicating that the rent values entered in it are based on the rental contracts entered in the system, in addition to updating the platform daily based on On the contracts certified in the lease contract system.
