Sharjah 24: The Sports Investment and Marketing Committee of Sharjah Sports Council (SSC) held its monthly meeting, at the council’s headquarters, to discuss the Committee’s priorities during the next stage and to complete the implementation of sports investment plans and projects in Sharjah clubs.

The meeting was headed by His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Dah, member of Sharjah Sports Council and in the presence of a number of the Council members.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Dah praised the efforts made during the previous period, and reviewed the Committee achievements report, stressing that the Committee is working positively within the directions and aspirations of the board. 

The last report presented the Committee priorities and results of the recent visit to the Frankfurt sports industry exhibition in Germany, in October.

The report stressed the committee’s objectives during the next stage, aiming at  international expansion, promotion and marketing of Sharjah in general and sports investment in particular.  The Committee also aims at opening channels of communication with various investment agencies and institutions, exchanging advice and experiences, and implementing a number of investment projects that are in the interest of the Emirate.

The Committee also tackled ways of achieving the Council’s future strategic objectives, which will contribute to the recovery of the investment aspect in cooperation with other Council committees and different government agencies and institutions in Sharjah.
