Welcoming the visiting delegation, Colonel Al Hamoudi praised the existing cooperation between the Eastern Region Police Department and the Khorfakkan Municipal Council in various fields.
The meeting dealt with a number of topics of common interest, including Khorfakkan’s preparations for hosting national events, and other events to be held in the coming days, as well as the proactive security and traffic plans that have been developed to enhance security and safety in the city and the region.
The meeting also discussed the expected traffic congestion, the best possible solutions in monitoring traffic, and the most prominent challenges in this regard, in addition to many topics that enhance the quality of life for the UAE community.
At the end of the meeting, Colonel Al Hamoudi thanked the Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, and his accompanying delegation, for the fruitful and constructive cooperation, and for the recommendations that the meeting came up with that enhance the complementarity of roles in serving the community.
