The board of directors for this session included Ismail Abdullah, Ahmed Al Jasmi, Dr. Habib Ghuloom, Marei Al Halyan, Walid Al Zaabi, Ahmed Nasser Al Zaabi, and Faisal Ali.
The new board of directors held its first meeting, which included the distribution of tasks and positions. During the meeting, Ismail Abdullah was elected Chairman, Ahmed Al Jasmi, Vice Chairman, Dr. Habib Ghuloom Secretary General, Marei Al Halyan as President of the Cultural Committee, Ahmed Nasser Al Zaabi, Financial Officer, Walid Al Zaabi, President of the Membership Committee, and Faisal Ali, Head of the Social Committee.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors referred to the programmes and initiatives that the Association’s management will implement in this session.
Ismail Abdullah said that the Association strives to overcome the negative effects of the Corona virus, considering that theater is the most artistic field affected the pandemic. He added that the Association developed a number of theatrical initiatives in cooperation with partners, including initiative already started and discontinued in the past two years due to the pandemic.
