Hilal Al Muharram, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, stressed Sharjah Co-op's desire to increase Emiratisation rates and the presence of national competencies, and explained that the next stage will see the role of more leaders and national employees expanded, as well as the creation of more partnerships to attract and retain Emirati talent.
