Sharjah 24: Sharjah Cooperative Society (SCS) launched the "My Coop Rewards" programme, one of the best rewards programmes at the UAE level, after a trial launch last July, whereas the official number of activated participants exceeded 120 thousand subscribers, in addition to the participation of more than 10 thousand new subscribers.
His Excellency Majid Al Junaid, CEO of the Sharjah Coop, explained that "My Coop Rewards" programme is the most interactive rewards programme for retail customers, pointing out that it contributes to supporting consumers’ purchasing power, as the society worked on developing the programme based on understanding the consumers’ requirements and needs, which contributes to increasing the number of members, achieving growth and increasing sales.
Al Junaid stated that "My Coop Rewards" is characterised by different incentives and discounts for shoppers who are rewarded upon joining the programme, whereas shoppers earn points while shopping at Sharjah cooperative branches or via the online store, then collect reward points on every purchase, with a profit rate that is considered the best at the level of cooperatives in the country, a point for every dirham spent on all products.
As for the categories covered by the programme, the Gold VIP Tier, which includes shareholders whose annual purchases amount to 100 thousand dirhams or more, in addition to the Gold Tier holders including all golden card shareholders, the Bronze Tier including the Silver and White card holders, and automatically added to the system.
His Excellency Majid Al Junaid confirmed that the Sharjah Co-op, through the launch of the programme, seeks to attract more new customers by offering more discounts, incentives and rewards that satisfy everyone.
"My Coop Rewards" points will also be included in all promotional campaigns organised by Sharjah Co-op, allowing shoppers to have discounts with additional free points throughout the campaign period.
