Sharjah 24: The Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA) in Sharjah is participating in the 18th edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2021), promoting the "Sharjah Safari", which will open before the end of 2021.
The 18th edition of ADIHEX 2021 was held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, organised by the Emirates Falconers Club from 27 September to 3 October 2021, with the participation of 44 countries and 680 companies and brands.
In an exclusive statement to "Sharjah 24", Abdulaziz Salem Al Suwaidi, Director of Marine Sustainability at EPAA, confirmed that the aim of participating in the exhibition is to promote and introduce the Sharjah Safari, which is the largest safari outside Africa and includes more than 120 animals, and the rarest of these animals is the black rhino.
Al Suwaidi added that 100,000 trees were planted at the safari site, which is a variety of trees, including local trees and African trees, and the most important of these trees are "Samar" trees to create a suitable environment for animals of all kinds.
