Sharjah 24: Souq Al Jubail, one of the key projects of the Sharjah Asset Management Company, the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah, has launched a delivery service for all types of meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, and fresh fruits, through the “WhatsApp” application and the call centre, to various emirates, cities, and regions of the country at competitive prices.
The new delivery service aims to develop and diversify the package of services provided to the public, complementing those previously existing and upgrading them for the better.
Souq AL Jubail provides two types of service to meet the needs of the largest possible segment of the public, the first is the express service that depends on the delivery of orders on the same day, and the second one is the scheduled service that works to deliver products on the next day or after, in order to ensure the safety and health of the public, citizens, and residents and providing services according to the highest quality standards.
Engineer Hamed Al Zarouni, Executive Director - Asset Management at Sharjah Asset Management Company, stressed that the new delivery service allows the public to order food products available within its departments at very competitive prices, emphasizing the availability of large and sufficient quantities of all products and types, which would meet the needs of customers for long and continuous periods of time.
Al Zarouni explained that the delivery service would take into account all prevention and safety measures, with all employees committing to the approved sterilisation mechanisms and following global prevention guidelines, in compliance with health and safety procedures and the deliberate health protocol in the country, such as wearing masks and medical gloves, spraying bags, and boxes, as well as sterilising the means of transportation of orders after each process of delivery, taking into account the lack of friction with individuals.
He pointed out that Souq Al Jubail management seeks, through its continuous efforts, to launch qualitative and practical services that contribute to achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction and meeting their needs and requests, in accordance with best practices and the highest standards of quality, which make the shopping experience in Souq Al Jubail a unique one.
Al Zarouni called on the public to take advantage of the new delivery service, which will help save time and effort, and obtain all their needs while they are in their homes, as vegetables and fruits will be selected within distinct criteria, and refrigerated boxes will be allocated to transport fresh poultry, meat, and fish.
In addition, the Souq Al Jubail has been activated for home delivery service at competitive prices at the state level throughout the week from eight in the morning until six in the evening, and it stops for about two hours on Friday, during the Friday prayer period.
