The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure's Assistant Undersecretary for the Electricity and Water Sector for Future Energy, Eng. Yousef Ahmed Al Ali, confirmed that the ministry was able to meet with decision-makers and owners of water corporations during the forum to discuss the future of water and the challenges facing the Arab region, as it is one of the most water-scarce regions in the world.
Ministers from Arab countries addressed collaboration between countries to enhance water security, exchange experiences, and mutual training on water technologies.
