Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA) launched the "Strategic Monitoring" programme, which aims to develop and improve the services provided with the highest professional standards.
Alia Hassan Al Ali, Head of the Institutional Excellence Section of the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA), maintained that the "Strategic Monitoring" programme includes 3 basic stages, namely setting standards, and then measuring performance by following up on performance indicators, followed by the stage of taking improvement and development measures. 

She stated that SDAA also has approved its five-year strategic plan, which was carried out in accordance with the highest standards of institutional excellence and international quality in line with the visions and objectives of SDAA.

She added that the plan was prepared internally, through the implementation of several brainstorming sessions of 40 sessions in a qualitative step to reach innovative strategies and new ideas. 

In exclusive statements to "Sharjah 24", she continued that through such meetings the employees’ ideas and observations about the current strategy and their development proposals were collected for preparing the five-year strategic plan 2021-2025, in order to ensure the achievement of more successes in the field of documentation and archiving.
