Sharjah24 : The Sharjah Documentation and Archiving Authority (SDAA) launched "Strategic Monitoring" programme aimed at implementing the highest professional standards in providing its work and services with a high level of quality and efficiency.
Hessa Bourguiba, Director of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Department, explained that the objective of strategic control is to complete the follow-up and audit process on all initiatives, activities and events of the authority in order to ensure all the organisational units are running in accordance with the approved operational plans, and to provide the necessary support to all administrative units.
