Sharjah24: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) , represented by the Sharjah Training and Development Center, organised a training program on the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) for a group of employees of the Finance Department in the Government of Ajman.
The program comes as part of the SCCI 's objectives to contribute to the development of human resources among government agency employees, and to meet the needs of Institutions and companies in various training fields, with the aim of enhancing job skills and providing the best services to their customers.
The 3-day training program, which was remotely, was presented by the lecturer Fathi Abdel Aziz, who briefed the participants about the basic concepts related to information and communication technology and computers, as well as working effectively through the use of icons and windows, and how to adjust the main operating system settings and use the help features. In addition to enabling participants to apply different formats to documents, and learn about good practices in choosing appropriate formatting options, as well as many skills about the computer.
Commenting on this, Amal Abdullah Al Ali, Director of the Sharjah Training and Development Center, confirmed that the Sharjah Chamber, represented by the Sharjah Training and Development Center, constantly works to provide various training programs directed to employees of government agencies and the business community, which provide topics that meet their requirements and provide support to them to help them overcome all the challenges they face. This will contribute to creating an environment that stimulates creativity and enhances employees’ ability to excel in customer service, in addition to raising employees’ awareness of all outstanding institutional performance programs.
The participants in the training program praised the importance of the outputs they obtained in upgrading their work, praising the efforts of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Center in providing many courses and workshops in all fields that would serve all employees to perform their tasks.
