Sharjah24: In recognition of its efforts to adopt best practices, the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority's Customer Service Department and six customer service offices received the Quality Management System Certificate (ISO 9001:2015) as part of its efforts to develop procedures and electronic transformation.
In the presence of the Director of Customer Service Department and office managers, Saeed Sultan Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority ( SEWA), received the certificate. He stated that the authority is keen to create the highest standards and practices in all areas in order to achieve its objectives and improve the efficiency of the services it delivers to customers.
He emphasised that the authority's strategy prioritizes the continuous development of customer service offices and management, as well as the quality of services, in order to provide the best distinguished services using qualified human resources and advanced technical systems in accordance with the highest quality standards, in accordance with His Highness' directives. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Federal Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, which focuses on innovation and continual service development and delivery to customers through numerous channels
