Sharjah 24: Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) signed a memorandum of understanding with the human resources management company SHRM, aiming to launch a specialised training programme to qualify human resources officials in the authority, and to develop the skills of its employees.
Abdullah Al Shamsi, Executive Director of SEWA, pointed out that the training programme aims to bridge the gaps and enhance the capabilities and efficiency of officials and employees in SEWA’s human resources department, which leads to obtaining professional certificates, specialized in human resources such as the SHRM-CP.
The training programme has global credibility and reputation in the field of human resources, as it uses self-learning techniques and digital e training, in addition to exams.
