His Excellency Counselor Issa Saif bin Handal, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, stated that the meeting tackled the possibility of developing rental legislations in the Emirate of Sharjah in order to achieve sector’s growth and fast proceedings of the rental dispute settlement committees.
Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, Bin Handal indicated that a number of topics were discussed, including the development of the electronic system in submitting applications, and the litigation process.
Bin Handal added that the Department stressed the need to develop rental legislation where a number of scenarios were prepared for that objective, and await their legislative cycle.
