Sharjah 24: Counselor Issa Saif bin Handal, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, confirmed that the human resources law for civilians, which was discussed by the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), on Thursday, took into account the issue of equality between the children of female citizens and citizens in human resources systems.
Counselor Issa Saif bin Handal, Director of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, maintained that the observations of the members of SSC contributed to adding improvements to the draft human resources law for civilians in the statutory bodies in the Emirate of Sharjah.
In statements to "Sharjah 24", Bin Handal said that the draft law included many provisions relating to the employment mechanism, the rights and obligations of employees, and includes the sanctions that will be applied.
