Sharjah24: The Customer Service Department of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has succeeded in passing the final audit phase on all requirements and standards of the Quality Management Standard 9001. All standards of the ISO 9001/2015 quality management system have been met. The six of its affiliates will get the certificate at the end of this month.
Hamed Taher Al Haj, Director of Customer Service Department, stressed that the continuous development of the administration, customer service offices and the quality of services is a priority in the authority’s strategy, which works to provide the best distinguished services using qualified human cadres and advanced technical systems in accordance with the highest quality standards, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah.
Hussein Askar, Deputy Director of the Customer Service Department, explained that the department works according to the best standards and is one of the basic tools to achieve the authority's vision, which aims to develop services provided to customers and strategic partners and adopt best practices in procedures, quality systems and institutional excellence.
He praised the efforts and cooperation of the employees of the Customer Service Department in all offices and their keenness to provide the factors and conditions for achieving quality practices and accomplishing the tasks required in this regard.
