Sharjah24: The delegation of the Sharjah Parents Council of the Sharjah Education Council made an introductory visit to the House of Wisdom, the newest cultural edifice in the Emirate of Sharjah, as part of the council's visit programme to community institutions.

The delegation toured into the facilities of the House of Wisdom, during which it was acquainted with the sections of the House of Wisdom, includes the library, the knowledge room, the internal and external gardens, the halls and the meeting room, the exhibition yard, the ladies’ office, and the Al-Jazari laboratory, which is unique in the country.

The House of Wisdom is one of the grants of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member Ruler of Sharjah, which was inaugurated on the occasion of the Emirate of Sharjah being awarded the title of World Book Capital 2019.
