Eastern Region Police Department engages customers

Sharjah 24: Pursuant to Sharjah Police General Command desire to develop all services provided to society members, and to achieve the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior in enhancing the happiness of customers with the services provided, the Eastern Region Services Centre, represented by the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, organised a "focus group" session with the participation of a group of exhibition officials, rental offices and owners of commercial licenses, to discuss all inquiries related to services, aiming at developing and improving services.
Lt. Col. Salem Abdullah Al-Riyami, Acting Head of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the Eastern Region Police Department, said that the session aims to create communication channels to monitor customers views and identify their future needs, to be included within the Department's work plan. Al-Riyami noted that such sessions are important platforms for exchanging views, and proposing Ideas and suggestions that improve the services provided to customers.

The session resulted in many topics, which will be studied, categorised and included within an integrated action plan.

Lt. Col. Salem Abdullah Al-Riyami added that the session focused on several topics, and based on the results and solutions emerging from the session, a comprehensive future plan will be developed to guarantee the rights of all parties, and their satisfaction with the results reached.
