Sharjah 24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police (SP), honoured Corporal Ali Saleh Al Harasi from the Kalba Comprehensive Police Station, for his humanitarian help to a person with his family whose car broke down on the public road.
This came in the presence of Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department.
His Excellency Major General Al Shamsi expressed pride, pointing out that what the corporal did is a duty that stems from a person's humanity, and every member of the police corps must follow his example in serving the public.
His Excellency Major General Al Shamsi added that such endeavour maintains security and safety in society, highlighting that such an honour is an approach taken by the Sharjah Police General Command to motivate and raise the morale of its employees to do more.
For his part, the honouree expressed appreciation to His Excellency Major General Al Shamsi, stressing that such honouring expresses support for all police personnel, and an incentive for them to make every effort in serving society.
