Sharjah24: Jamal Al Mazmi, Head of City Appearance Monitoring Department, at Sharjah Municipality (SM), stated that the municipality is intensifying its inspection campaigns during Eid to monitor wrong behaviour, and that inspectors are distributed to all residential areas to monitor itinerant butchers in order to take the necessary measures, as they pose a danger to society and the environment.
In statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Mazmi stated that the municipality is also intensifying inspection campaigns on the sale or promotion of fireworks, which are dangerous to children, and urged the public to report any of these dangerous behaviours by calling the municipality's 24-hour hotline 993.
