Sharjah 24: The people of Khorfakkan valued the development efforts and initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, which affected various sectors in the city.
In their exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24”, a number of Khorfakkan residents confirmed, on the sidelines of the inauguration of Al Suhub Rest Area, that the city witnessed a radical transformation in various aspects of life in a record time.
Rashid Bu Ali said that His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah lavishes unceasing gifts and favours on Khorfakkan making the city a desired destination for visitors, considering Suhub Rest Area project as one of the important tourist projects.
Rima Youssef, a student, said: "We thank the father, His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, for this distinguished project, and for all that he offers to the city of Khorfakkan, so that it has become one of the prosperous, vibrant and continually developing cities."
For his part, Hamad Al Balushi saw that Suhub Rest Area is a new and qualitative addition to attract tourists from different emirates to visit the city of Khorfakkan, and enjoy its natural picturesque views and giant projects, including the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, the waterfall, the Rafisa Dam rest house, and other projects launched by His Highness the Ruler.
Moza Al Naqbi said that Khorfakkan, thanks to His Highness the Ruler, is hosting a package of projects today and is rich in several ideal tourist destinations, the latest of which is Suhub Rest Area, which is characterised by its geographical location and its unique view.
