Sharjah24: The branch of the Department of Municipalities Affairs, Agriculture and Livestock (DMAAL) in the Central Region organised a coordination meeting with the Al Bataeh Municipal Council (BMC) and Department of Town Planning and Survey (DTPS) of the Central Region Branch, to discuss the developments and ways to enhance cooperation in determining the locations of ranches and pastures in Al-Bataeh region in order to provide best services to livestock breeders in the region .
At the outset of the meeting, Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Al-Bataeh District, welcomed the attendees from departments and the owners of the farms. The meeting was attended by Obaid Saeed Obaid Al Tunaiji, Director of Al Bataeh Municipality; Muhammad Obaid bin Matar Al Tunaiji, Branch Director of the Municipal Affairs, Agriculture and Livestock Department in the Central Region; and Eng. Abdullah Makhlouf, Director of the Central Region Branches, Department of Planning and Survey.
Muhammad Obaid Al Tunaiji, Director of the department’s branch in the central region, praised the great keenness of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, for supporting people of the central region and upholding the livestock breeders through establishing pastures in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Abdullah Makhlouf, Director of the Central Region Branches of Department Of Town Planning and Survey, praised the efforts and cooperation of the Municipal Council and Al Bataeh Municipality, stating that the department is fully prepared to provide support to livestock breeders and to overcome the challenges facing the project.
