Sharjah 24: Based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) in the Emirate has completed the project of 5 praying spaces in the Central Region.
This brings the number of praying spaces in the Central Region to 14, which is part of the development plan of the department that meets the needs of the municipality councils in the areas.
For his part, Engineer Mohammed bin Yarouf, Director of Branches Department, stated that the department has completed all the work related to the project and it will be ready for Eid Al Adha prayer 2021.
The Director of Branches Department added that it was built on an area of 8,540 thousand square metres, according to the instructions of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, who ordered the completion of all projects related to Eid praying areas in the Emirate.
