Organised remotely in cooperation with the Conservation Department of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA), the workshop was held in the presence of general managers, directors of departments, officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals.
The workshop, which was moderated by Rashid Mohammed Al Marzouqi, Assistant Director of the Conservation Department at the SEWA, dealt with a number of themes represented in the importance of rationalisation, the Peak Hour, rationalisation systems, the best and latest methods of rationalisation and international methods in this field.
Brigadier General Aref Al Sharif, Director General of Resources and Support Services at the Sharjah Police, stressed the leadership's keenness to organise such educational and awareness workshops to create a culture of rationalisation in society, which leads to the creation of a generation that is aware of the importance of preserving natural resources, pointing to the importance of awareness that plays a vital role in achieving a tangible impact and positive change on the environment.
