Sharjah24: The Rubu Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators will launch the second edition of the art exhibition "Art for All," which aims to introduce young people and members to the various types of arts around the world, according to Abdul Hamid Al Yasi, Director of Child Welfare Department at Sharjah Children affiliated with the Rubu Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators.
