Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Police National Criminal Agenda Indicators Department team discussed the most prominent implemented initiatives, analytical results, and future strategic plans, during its meeting chaired by Brigadier General Ahmed Haji Al Serkal, Director General of Police Operations.
The meeting also saw the presence of senior police officials and members of the National Criminal Agenda Indicators Department team.

During the meeting, several topics were addressed including results of security monitoring systems in detecting crimes, analysing security information in dealing with criminal reports, as well as reviewing the results of installing cameras in industrial and commercial facilities. The meeting also highlighted the awareness role played by the Media and Public Relations Department to deliver the awareness and security message to all segments of society.

The meeting also reviewed the performance indicators of the specialised teams, and the identification of priorities that contribute to the application of best practices to achieve ambitious results. Future strategic plans in the face of various security challenges were also dealt with at the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, Brigadier General Al Serkal stressed the importance of strengthening partnership relations between the public and private sectors in a way that achieves mutual benefit, and reflects the development process in the emirate, and the implementation of pre-set plans, in a manner that ensures efficient and effective performance to enhance the quality of life for the UAE community.
