Sharjah 24: His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police (SP), witnessed, on Sunday, the launch of SP’s service, "Masar", which is concerned with the transportation of employees, visitors, and elderly guests from outside parking lots to the SP’s buildings with an electric vehicle.
This came in the presence of Brigadier General Arif Hassan Al Sharif, Director General of Resources and Support Services, Brigadier General Ahmed Haji Al Serkal, Director General of Police Operations, and a number of senior officers and specialists in SP.
Brigadier bin Amer affirmed that launching the "Masar" service is among the initiatives that SP is keen to create in order to make employees and customers happy. The service achieves many of the desired goals, especially as it came in conjunction with the summer when temperatures reach high levels. It also contributes to raising the efficiency and performance of employees.
The vehicle operates with an electrical system, making it environmentally friendly, and can accommodate 8 people per trip, transferring employees, visitors, and the elderly from outside the building to inside via 6 internal stops, to facilitate their movement from and to SP's buildings.
