Sharjah24: Continuing its weekly cultural activity, Al Hirah Literary Council at the Department of Culture in Sharjah held a popular poetry session for poets Hamad bin Hamdan Al-Asyoud and Ibrahim Ali Al-Balushi, in the presence of several poets and intellectuals while adhering to all the COVID-19 preventive measures.
Al Hirah Literary Council underscores the importance of the country’s distinguished cultural heritage, ,most prominently the poems that reflects peoples’ national pride, the feeling of love, devotion, and sense of attachment to a homeland.
The Department’s poetry session was broadcasted live on social media, during which the poets recite various patriotic poems that highlight the importance of their loyalty to the country and the true meaning of patriotism.
