Sharjah 24: The Department of Family Development Centre (DFDC) of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA), represented by the Kalba Branch, has organised “Develop yourself …Change your life” and the “Meaning of Life” programmes via the virtual platform “WEPEX”.
The two programmes saw the participation of more than 240 people interested in aspects of personal enhancement and self-development in light of the recent changes and developments of the era.
Moudhi Al Shamsi, Head of DFDC indicated that organising these programmes aims to support building and empowering the human personality, one of the pillars of the "Homeland is a family" campaign launched by the DFDC at the beginning of 2020, with the aim of strengthening values and supportive culture for family cohesion and spreading a family awareness culture in line with the UAE Vision 2021, and the aspirations of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and his wife, Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs.
She pointed to the importance of these programmes in empowering the human personality and the enhancing self-abilities, due to the guidance and scientific information they contain, selected according to international criteria and provided by a group of specialists and researchers in social affairs.
