Sharjah24: On the sidelines of inaugurating the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre a Roman-style architectural marvel and the ‘Waterfall’, another spectacular new attraction adjacent to the amphitheatre, as well as screening the epic film Khorfakkan, His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Khorfakkan Municipal Council, has lauded this great achievements, stressing that they represent important vital development projects.
In statements to "Sharjah 24", His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi has lauded the gesture of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah to inaugurate these remarkable projects, contributing in bringing the joy to the people of the city.
He has lauded the release of the historical Khorfakkan film, emphasising that a film detailed the resistance put up by its inhabitants during a Portuguese invasion
At the end of his speech, the Chairman of the Municipal Council appreciated the efforts and initiatives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, which had a great impact in achieving a qualitative leap in various fields in Khorfakkan within a record time.
