UAE riders dominate Emirates Endurance Series opener in France

Sharjah 24 – WAM: UAE riders delivered a dominant performance at the opening leg of the Emirates Global Endurance Village Series in Compiègne, France, sweeping the top three spots in the main event. Held under the supervision of the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI), the competitive event drew top talent across multiple categories.

UAE sweeps podium in 120-km CEI2* main race

In the premier 120-km CEI2* race, which featured a field of 94 competitors across four phases, Emirati rider Salem Hamad Malhoof Al Ketbi claimed victory aboard SW Kabroz. He was closely followed by fellow UAE riders Mansour Saeed Al Farsi in second place on Baileys Rembrandt, and Issa Hamad Al Anzi in third riding Ermine d’Artagnan.

UAE youth riders shine in 120-km category

The UAE youth contingent mirrored this success in the 120-km Youth and Juniors CEI2* race. Out of 23 riders, Emirati Rashid Khalid Mohammed Abdullah secured first place aboard Baraka Unica, while Jaber Badr Jaafar took second on Erada Victorias. Lia Clerici, riding Chekhov, finished third to round out the podium.

International field competes in 100-km CEI1* race

In the 100-km CEI1* category, which saw 19 riders compete over four phases, Marc Vila Sabata took first place aboard ER Easton. Alec Faber finished second on Baileys Ringed, and Arthur Sevin secured third riding Jibordic.

UAE officials attend prize ceremony and series moves to Argentina

The champions were crowned by Fahad Saeed Al Raqbani, UAE Ambassador to France, alongside high-profile representatives including Mohammed Ali Al Hadrami (Events Director of the Emirates Global Endurance Village), Lara Sawaya (Executive Director of Sponsorship and Marketing at the Village), and Bert Owais (General Manager of Camellia Flowers), alongside representatives from Emirates Airline, EIEV PULSE, and various event sponsors.

Following this successful opener, the series is set to head to South America, with the second leg scheduled to take place in Argentina on June 26.
