Sharjah24: Sharjah Municipality (SM) announced the launch of digital rental dispute inquiry service offered through SM’s website, through which the customer can inquire about the stages of his case without the need to visit service centers .
Commenting on that, Thabet Salem Al Tarifi, Director General of Sharjah Municipality, affirmed that this service comes within a set of services that the municipality has recently launched within the second phase of “Sabek” digital transformation programme implemented in cooperation with Evoteq company, aimed to transform all its services into a digital form in order to achieve its objectives in reducing time and effort of their customers.
For his part, Khalid bin Falah AlSuwaidi, Assistant Director General of the Customer Service Sector, confirmed that the municipality is keen to enhance the efficiency and quality of the services provided to the customers and apply best practices in its fields of work.
