Sharjah 24: The new Mosaic Market, a community initiative by the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation, will launch on November 11th at Al Safia Park. The weekend market, the first of its kind in Ajman, will be opening to the public every Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
This unique project is part of the foundation’s commitment to serve the community and bring joy to the citizens and residents of the Emirate of Ajman and the UAE. The Mosaic Market features 40 booths of three different sizes. Entrepreneurs and members of the community, who own small and medium-sized enterprises, will showcase their retail products – fashion, furniture, books, handicrafts, jewellery, etc. They will also organise various forms of entertainment, activities and stage performances for visitors of every demographic. Parents can look forward to a day out as a family, especially with the spacious play areas to entertain children while the adults indulge in some shopping. Shaikha Ali Al Nuaimi, Corporate Communication Manager of the Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Foundation, said, “Mosaic Market is an important community initiative and will be fun for the whole family. The foundation adopted the highest standards of market concepts and designs to ensure citizens and residents have moments here that they are unlikely to forget.” She added, “It is expected that the Mosaic Market will attract many visitors, seeking to enjoy the high-end facilities and the varied entertainment lineup. Many of these activities, like the stage performances and exciting competitions, will be premiering in Ajman for the first time. This roster of activities will help make the market one of the most popular family events in the Emirate.” She announced that during the first days of the Mosaic Market, the stage performance will be sponsored by Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency and presented by Bahraini comedians Ali Al Ghurair and Khalil Al Rumaithi; the two popular performers will entertain the visitors with their comedy routines.
