UAS launches two new master's programmes in creative arts

Sharjah24: Professor Dr Nadia Alhasani, Director of the Academy of Visual Arts at the University of the Arts Sharjah (UAS), has announced the launch of two new postgraduate programmes at the Academy, both focused on the creative industry.

The first programme is a Master of Arts in Curatorial Practice, and the second is a Master of Interior Architecture in Adaptive Reuse.

The two programmes adopt a collaborative approach, with the academy working closely with industry experts from the Sharjah Art Foundation, the Sharjah Architecture Triennial and the Sharjah Museums Authority.

Speaking to "Sharjah24", Professor Alhasani said the academy's faculty will work closely with experts from these institutions to provide students with comprehensive education and training.

She added that the collaboration will equip students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their respective fields of the creative industry.
