SHarjah24: The Sharjah Judicial Sciences Institute organised a specialised training programme on judicial enforcement aimed at qualifying and training Sharjah Government employees in preparation for granting them judicial enforcement authority, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop competencies and enhance legal awareness.
The programme focused on strengthening legal knowledge and developing practical skills related to the duties and procedures of judicial enforcement, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2022 Promulgating the Criminal Procedure Law and its amendments. This contributes to enabling participants to perform their duties efficiently and competently within the approved legal and procedural frameworks.
The training programme highlights the Institute’s pivotal role in shaping capacity and developing legal and judicial competencies, enhancing the quality of performance, promoting professional best practices, and supporting the continued development of Sharjah’s judicial and legal system.
