AQU celebrates student talent at “Our Summer Art and Creativity”

Sharjah 24: Prof. Dr Awad Al Khalaf, Chancellor of Al Qasimia University (AQU), inaugurated the “Our Summer: Art and Creativity” exhibition, organised by the Deanship of Student Affairs. The exhibition celebrated the outcomes of artistic programmes and activities undertaken by students during the summer at the university's art studio and skills centre. The opening was attended by faculty, administrative staff, students, and those interested in art and creativity.

Students showcase diverse artistic talents

The Chancellor toured the exhibition, viewing the diverse artworks created by students during their participation in summer workshops and training programmes. These works reflected the breadth of their talents and creative abilities, and explored various artistic styles and techniques. He also listened to students explain the concepts behind their work, the stages of its creation, and the techniques they employed.

Summer programmes foster creativity and skills

The exhibition showcases the culmination of the artistic experience provided AQU to its students during the summer break.
