Sharjah 24: Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) and Chairman of Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR), held an extensive coordination meeting at the department's headquarters to review work plans. The meeting was attended by His Excellency Majid Hamad Al Marri, Director of the Department, along with department directors, experts, and consultants.

The meeting included a comprehensive review of the latest outputs and institutional performance indicators, and discussed mechanisms for developing the work environment. Discussions also focused on adopting innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided to clients, ensuring the achievement of the department's strategic vision and strengthening coordination across all sectors.

Honouring and recognition

In a gesture of appreciation, the Chairman honoured a group of distinguished staff members who had earned advanced degrees, as well as several employees recognised for their outstanding performance. This recognition celebrated their dedicated efforts, academic and professional excellence, and appreciation for their continuous contributions and their significant role in the success and development of the department's projects. He noted that these dedicated national talents represent the cornerstone for supporting human capital growth and keeping pace with sustainable development plans in the Emirate of Sharjah.

In this context, Al Zaabi praised the pivotal role and tireless efforts of the department directors in guiding work teams and closely monitoring operational plans, stressing that their distinguished field leadership and direct supervision of work progress represent the supporting force for developing institutional performance and achieving governmental excellence.
