Fatima Al Qasimi: Sharjah Health raises health awareness at SIBF

Sharjah 24: In its first-ever participation, the Sharjah Health Authority's pavilion at the Sharjah International Book Fair was met with great enthusiasm and significant interaction from visitors. Sheikha Fatima Ahmed Al Qasimi, the pavilion's director, expressed her delight at this successful participation.

In a statement to “Sharjah 24,” Al Qasimi noted that the Authority showcased five of its prominent publications, including the book "My Mother," to reaffirm its ongoing support for raising awareness about the importance of breastfeeding in building a healthy relationship between mother and child.

She emphasized that this initiative aligns with the Emirate of Sharjah's vision of building a healthy society and embodies the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Through its participation, the Authority aims to promote health awareness and disseminate a culture of public health among all members of society.
