BEEAH sells over 400 residential units in Khalid Bin Sultan City

Sharjah 24: Yousef Obaid Al Qaseer, Sales Director at BEEAH, announced on Tuesday the launch of the first phase of freehold residential unit sales in Khalid Bin Sultan City.

The first phase comprises over 400 villas and townhouses. The launch took place at BEEAH’s headquarters and was attended by a large number of interested buyers.

Zaha Hadid Architects’ design

Yousef Obaid Al Qaseer stated that the city's master plan was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, and that the project spans over 700,000 square metres. Located between Al Dhaid and Khorfakkan roads, it was designed to be pedestrian-friendly and includes a cultural center, green spaces, sports and social facilities, and mosques.

Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, Al Qaseer confirmed that the housing options include villas with four and five bedrooms, as well as townhouses with two, three, and four bedrooms. Prices start from AED 1,850,000, with adherence to urban planning standards that encourage walking and provide comprehensive amenities for residents.

BEEAH's first real estate project

The Sales Manager at BEEAH added that the project is being developed in two phases. The first phase was launched on Tuesday, and the second phase will be announced in the coming days. He noted that this development is BEEAH's first real estate project.
