This came in the presence of His Excellency Waleed Al Sayegh, Director General of the Sharjah Finance Department (SFD). The programme is an integrated digital platform for processing transactions and paying government fees electronically through multiple secure payment channels.
The SFD signed the cooperation agreement with the Fujairah Charity Association, in the presence of His Excellency Waleed Al Sayegh, Director General of the Department, on Thursday at the Department’s headquarters, to announce the adoption of the “Tahseel” system at the Association in support of digital transformation.
Huda Hassan Al Yassi, Director of the Financial System Department at the SFD, stated that under the agreement, “Tahseel” will be adopted as an integrated digital platform for completing transactions and paying government fees electronically at the Association, through multiple secure payment channels, with the aim of enhancing service efficiency.
In exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24,” Huda Hassan Al Yassi explained that the agreement reflects the flexibility of “Tahseel” in meeting the needs of institutions and expanding its scope of use, as one of the national digital solutions supporting the country’s smart transformation journey. She noted that the platform incorporates a variety of payment methods and channels, based on technical and operational standards designed to accommodate different government sectors and facilitate integration with them.
The Director of the Financial System Department at the SFD added that “Tahseel” meets the requirements of entities in terms of diverse and integrated payment methods, with scope for expansion and continuous development. This ensures a smooth user experience while enhancing transparency and strengthening financial governance.
